Can't switch. Best protein powder.
This has been my go to protein for years now. Even when I went plant based for a while. I refused to get rid of this because I couldn't find a better alternative. It blends beautifully, the taste is balanced and it's a great base to add fruit, nut butters and blended with water or any type of milk. Is amazing with frozen banana and has the texture of a luxury milkshake. I never get bloated from it. Unlike other protein powders. I would much rather pay extra and know I will use it and enjoy it.

Definitely a Gold Standard for me! 1. Relatively well priced 2. Tastes great. I mixed (vanilla) with semi skimmed milk and no flavour micronised creatine some times some l-citruline (v sour). 3. Doesn't upset the stomach, but some folks at the gym are not keen. 4. I take a scoop post workout and it mixes easily. Strong mid scale product and I keep reordering.

Great Vanilla protein
Great flavour.. a bit sweet, but very good for smoothies, yoghurt pots, overnight oats or porridge. Still feels like it is very expensive.

Ich nutze das Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey nun seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Geschmack ist wirklich gut und nicht künstlich, und die Löslichkeit ist hervorragend, im Shaker löst es sich komplett ohne Klumpen. Auch die Konsistenz gefällt mir, egal ob mit Wasser oder Milch. Besonders wichtig für mich: Ich vertrage das Whey ohne Probleme, keine Verdauungsbeschwerden oder Aufblähen. Der hohe Proteinanteil pro Portion und der insgesamt gute Nährwert machen es für Training und Muskelaufbau sehr alltagstauglich. Für mich stimmt hier auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein zuverlässiges und gut verträgliches Whey suchen.

Perfekter Alltagsshake an dem man sich nicht satt isst. Ich persönlich mische es mir jeden Morgen in mein Porridge und toppe es mit verschiedenen Früchten. Manchmal füge ich auch einfach schokopulver hinzu um einen anderen Geschmack zu haben. Das Whey (Vanilla Ice) ist dafür perfekt geeignet weil es super gut löslich , nicht zu süß und nicht zu stark aromatisiert ist. Daher recht vielseitig und wertvoll.
