It is very helpful when someone needs to release constipation. I drink it and next day I use the bathroom. A cousin introduced it to me . I introduced it to my sister and she is very happy with it. I am don’t particularly like the flavor but it is not bad. I recommend it

It's the best tea I've ever used to go to the bathroom. You should use it every day before bed, and it will make you bloated and help you go to the bathroom. It's very good. I drink it every day before bed, and it's excellent. I recommend it.
