It gives energy and focus. It helps for workouts. Gives me little of jitters but not that much. I will only chew it if I am going to do something active otherwise I do not because it will make feel restless. I do like it but that's all I notice. Not a miracle gum but way better than energy drinks. I still like my one cup of coffee in the morning.
