Disappointed
Very disappointing experience. I received a used product, and the moisturizer bottle was completely empty—not even a single drop inside. On top of that, there is no return or replacement option available, which makes it even worse. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete waste of money. Buyers, please be careful.
