Haritaki, is incredibly detoxifying to your whole digestive system, and for your body in general, not only does that plus the tumeric help to decalcify your pineal gland, you increase your blood oxygen levels as well! It helps so much with my digestion at night, I absolutly Love Kailash herbs, I've only bought my Harataki from them as I know how incredible their processing is. Happy to see them on Amazon.... Harataki can also be quite intense when taken in power form, its pretty bitter.... so the pills are super handy, just pop a few before sleep and I feel so good in the morning, way less tired, way more focused. This always helps me recall dreams. I have been through a lot of other lucid dream supplements in which I don't even always remember what my dreams were let alone could control them.
