its a good product but the scent is TOO STRONG. The SCENT WILL LAST 2-3 days, GAVE ME A HEADACHE. Now i just want to get rid of this product because of its strong scent.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Best for damaged hair. My hair was quite damaged with chemical treatments with 1 month use i am able to see the difference. Worth the money

Probably not a genuine product
I honestly dont knwo if this is an original product. Most of the other l'oreal hair masks- even the basic ones have a thick rich texture. This was watery and didnt feel like the real deal. As for the effect - no different than generic conditioners. Really not worth the price.

PRODUCT PACKAGING IS TRUST
Company should package the product in such way that it has to be properly seal. it's very simple for thrid party delivery man can take out original conditioner / shampoo and refill with detoriated shampoo/ conditioner with same colour and smell. i ams suprised that how LOreal sell product without proper packageing. this can be used against the company's reputation as well.
