The stroller quality is very good and easy to use. The wheels move smoothly and it is comfortable for the baby. We faced a small issue while using it at first, but the support team helped us and resolved it quickly. Their response was very helpful. Overall, both the product and service are great. Highly recommended!

I would have liked to give a 5 star rating for this product. However, on one occasion, the cotter pin which holds the rear wheel in the axle, came out and the wheel fell out. Thankfully my baby was safe, but the cotter pin was lost. As such I could not affix the wheel back on to the axle. I then contacted Luvlap customer service and Ritwika was kind enough to arrange replacement cotter pins and washers: Thanks Ritwika! I am 100% happy with the after sales service. However, I'm not entirely confident about the product design as the cotter pin could potentially come out again, resulting in the wheel coming off when pushing the stroller on rough roads. I think this design aspect needs to be looked into. Otherwise, the product is good, although on the heavier / bulkier side. I hope there will be no further issues and look forward to using it again. Loved the color, the sturdy build and the spacious seat of the stroller. I’m very happy with the quality. I’m amazed that I got this quality in this price. I love that its handle can turn both ways. Also, the customer care of Luvlap put me in touch with their service technician Mr.Saurav Sau who very patiently guided me in assembling the stroller over WhatsApp video call.

⭐ Rating: 1 star (If zero were possible, I would give zero) This has been the worst purchase I have made. I bought the LuvLap stroller expecting basic durability and functionality. Unfortunately, after just 3–4 months of normal usage, it has become almost unusable. Major issues: Reversible handle/seat mechanism has completely stopped working. The stroller is no longer reversible, which is one of its key selling features. Folding mechanism is stuck. I am unable to fold the stroller at all, making it extremely inconvenient to store or carry. This is unacceptable for a baby product that is supposed to be safe, reliable, and built for regular use. There has been no rough handling or misuse from our side. Given the price and the brand promise, I expected far better quality. Instead, the stroller failed on core functions within months. Strongly NOT recommended. Please look for more reliable alternatives before buying this.

The product is sturdy and have good cushioning which is good for baby's comfort. However, since it is heavy and big, it is not folding with one hand and sometimes not very comfortable for the parent to move it . Built wise it is good. I use it only for walking the baby nearby so don't have experience for its ease while travelling. It was stuck sometimes, but I got customer care support from LuvLap and the issue was resolved.
