These little guys are a great, natural pick-me-up. The tablets dissolve slower than some other brands, which has got to help some with absorption, and no one is going to stab you for a bottle of vitamins.

I have noticed no major difference but I have only been taking it for a month or so, and I do so many things to stay healthy. I like the ingredients, the price, the apparent quality and the taste.

We live in a small town. Even when I can get the brands I prefer, the prices here are pretty steep. I just ordered Source Naturals B1 (thiamine) this morning from Amazon because my current understanding is that it's better to take all the B's. I love Amazon.

I take these daily as I have a severe b12 deficiency & because I travel a lot, I am not always able to get in a regular appointment for my b12 shot. These things are great - I noticed an immediate improvement after taking them once, and now, I most definitely notice a difference if I forget to take them. I've tried a few other brands, but did not notice such a vast improvement like I have with Source Naturals. No complaints other than the taste is a bit sweet, but it dissolves under 5 minutes. Bottle is tiny and able to take it everywhere!
