Was looking for a nice looking and comfortable recliner chair for my dad who is undergoing cancer treatments to relax in. Being a single mom with limited income I was happy when I found this chair that looked nice and comfy but then as an added bonus also came with heat and massage options. I went with the fabric as my dad dislikes “leather” and hoped that I would be happy with the feel of it. The material feels soft and good quality. My dad likes that you can remove the arm covers and wash them if needed. It wasn’t hard to put together and I am thrilled with this chair. The look, the feel, the heat and massage are all so great especially at this price point. I like how there are accessible zippers hidden in the back of the chair to add more padding or remove the padding if necessary. The only complaint I have is when pulling the lever for the foot release, it doesn’t pop it up fully - just sort of releases it and I had to go under it from the sides with my feet to raise it up all the way. A bit disappointing as I don’t want my dad to have to do that if he’s feeling weak etc. but he didn’t seem to mind. He called me the very next day to thank me again and said after we left he turned on the massage and laid back to watch a movie and immediately fell asleep for 3 hrs and slept like a baby! He said it was very comfortable and he loves it which is all I was hoping for.

Got a make extra effort to assemble with extra time.you have to remove the bottom so you have easy access to the bolts

Take it from me. This chair is absolutely total rubbish. I would throw it back, except too much hassle for me. Dennis

After less than a month of use the recline function is stuck and will not recline. It was a pain to put together and very poor build quality will not purchase again. The reclining feature was decent when it worked. Update: after getting in touch with seller they replaced the chair and it seems better than the original one that was sent. The reclining function already seems sturdier so I may have gotten a defective one in the first place. It is not close to being the sturdiest but after experience building the first one it was much easier and quicker to setup. Not even 30 min they recommended. I am happy with the new one considering the cost which was reasonable.
