It's cartable, it's built well, the size is right, but... It's expensive and it doesn't have pliers... Anyone that has used multitools for multiple purposes knows that pliers are a must. Not mentioning a blade because they are not airport friendly, but pliers are and pliers fill in many of the gaps the other tools on the multitool can't fill even when dealing with photographic equipment. A catch all if you will. You can use your existing power tool 1/4 inch bits if you have them. That will allow you to kind of tailor how you use it per situation. That's its strength and at the same time its weakness. It's a multitool, that implies it's useful in any situation requiring a tool, but outside of photographic situations and to some degree even when the situation relates to photography hardware, without the pliers it's still limited, and that is why I give it 4 stars.
