For my kids, this brand is phenomenal, but this particular product is slow to show results.

Before trying this product, I was at my wits end with the bedtime battles. After turning four, my son simply would not fall asleep!! He would fight sleep with all the might in his little body, it didn't matter if he woke up very early in the morning... he would still want to stay up to midnight & beyond and keep me up with him. I tried to stick with different routines and gave each one enough time to work but none did... reading books, bath time, calming sounds, different room temps, longer wind down time, shorter wind down time, no screen time, new mattress, YOU NAME IT. He also refused to take melatonin gummies because it made his tummy hurt. -SIGH- The lack of sleep began affecting his behavior and eating habits. He was cranky upon waking, started having frequent screaming meltdowns, would skip meals and want to eat at odd hours. I was also tired and cranky each day. I mean, I just could not. We were not having a good time. And then. I came across this product and decided to try one more thing with the hope that it would work. If he did not want to take a gummy, maybe I could hide a little liquid melatonin in his juice. The very first day I put .50mL in his cup of juice, he was asleep within 45 minutes. It was a MIRACLE! I gave it to him the next day and he was out in 30 minutes. He did not complain of a tummy-ache. Since I began using this product at the beginning of summer, I managed to get him asleep at a decent hour (9pm) and slowly push his sleep schedule back to 7pm. Now, he wakes up well-rested, happy, and ready to start the day. Much better behavior, no more meltdowns, and regular eating schedule. Oh and he falls asleep on his own for the most part. I only use this melatonin once in a blue moon now. I am one happy mama.
