it actually repels spills.
I’m honestly so impressed with this fabric protector! I used it on my couch, rugs, and even a pair of light-colored shoes, and it works amazing. It dries quickly, doesn’t leave any weird smell, and most importantly it actually repels spills. I tested it with milk and a little juice, and everything just beaded up instead of soaking in. As a mom, this gives me so much peace of mind knowing my furniture is protected from everyday messes. I also love that it’s non-toxic and water-based, so I feel safe using it around my baby. Super easy to apply and definitely worth it. I’ll be buying this again!

Great Protection for My Furniture!
I really love this spray! It’s easy to use, has no harsh smell, and actually works—liquids just bead up on the fabric. I feel much more confident about keeping my furniture clean. Definitely a great purchase!

this fabric protector really works
I was honestly impressed, this fabric protector really works! It creates a strong barrier that helps repel liquids and prevent stains. For the best results, I recommend applying a generous, even coat and letting it fully dry. Once it’s dry, it’s actually fun to test, you can watch droplets bead up and roll right off the surface! Great product if you want to keep your fabrics looking clean and protected.

Maybe I got a bad batch
I really wanted this product to work. I followed what application directions there were carefully. I applied ProtectME to a standard polypropylene rug (about 80 sq ft), using the recommended 3.3 fl oz per 10 sq ft. I worked it in with light buffing using a soft cloth, and I applied a second after 30 minutes (this method is recommended for high traffic areas). I waited over 24 hours for the product to cure fully before testing. Despite all that, there was no visible effect. Water didn’t bead, and nothing suggested the rug had any kind of protection. I could smell the product as it was drying, it’s not terrible, but it’s not pleasant. So something definitely was on my rug, but there was no evidence that it worked as a hydrophobic barrier. According to the company’s own guidance, only certain fabric types require extra product or more intensive application. My rug doesn’t fall into any of those categories. It’s not natural fiber, it’s not outdoor-rated, and it’s not especially absorbent or textured. I followed the usage rate exactly, and nothing in the documentation suggested I’d need significantly more than one bottle. It’s frustrating that I applied the product correctly and still saw zero performance. There’s no coverage chart, no clear indication of what saturation looks like, and no way to confirm you’ve done it right until after it’s cured and tested. If you follow the process and get no effect, that’s not reasonable for $40 when competing brands that have materials that are not identified as harmful and still need to be tested, but there are other nontoxic brands and they cost significantly less than $40 a bottle. If the company’s position is that a second bottle is required to make it work, I think they should provide that, because I’m now locked in. Their own literature says you can’t reapply another product on top of this one for up to a year until the product is worn off, but how would I know that the product was worn off because there’s no detectable effects to begin with, so what am I supposed to do now? This has already taken time, effort, and planning. I wanted this product to work. If they think that a second bottle would work I would be willing to try it, but there’s no way that I’m paying another $40 for it though. I passed up other cheaper options due to unclear safety data, but also that no one had any complaints. In retrospect, maybe that’s kind of sketchy, but people couldn’t stop raving about it and I don’t even have a complicated rug so I don’t know what’s going on here. Maybe it was a bad batch or something. If they’re not open to correcting their defective product or helping me determine whether I needed a second bottle in the first place and helping me out there because I purchased this one based on what little guidance was available that this would be sufficient, then I need clear instructions on how to remove this product entirely so I can start over with something that actually works.

Great product
I love this stuff. It doesn't have an order like someone of the aresol type and works great. I've sprayed my snowmobile suit, gloves, windbreaker, sweatshirts, and shoes with this stuff and it works pretty damn good. I've used it on white and doesn't seem to stain but id still spray small inconspicuous area first just to make sure. I will be buying the larger size soon. Im not sure how long it lasts, but follow the instructions make sure it's clean and rid of any other coatings. Some thicker tight fabric might need some massaging to get the product into the fibers. Once dried (I usually wait til next day) the water beads right off, almost bouncing right off the surface

Great product to have especially if you have kids or pets!
This is an awesome product! My kid usually spills liquid everywhere. At first, I thought that it won’t work, because honestly, it just looks like a normal liquid. But when I sprayed it on our chair and waited for 24 hours, it repelled the milk that I intentionally spilled on it. I will try it next on my shoes! Great product and worth it!
