Makes the softest blankets. It ties off well and is easy to work with and allows for me to be efficient when making blankets. I’m always happy with the color options available and they always match what the picture shows. I can make a couch sized blanket out of eight skeins, and it has a good weight to it to make it extra cozy. I have a blanket that I made over three years ago out of this and it is still going strong.

The yarn came vacuum sealed but when I opened it the Yarn fluffed up nicely. I used this to make a blanket for a family member. I found it to be a good value for the price. The yarn is very soft and was easy to work with. I made a blanket that was bigger than a throw and used maybe 8 or 9 skeins. This yarn is perfect to use on Chunky Looms and even finger knitting. I havent washed the blanket yet but intend to check in with my family member about if it washes good according to the instructions. I have used similar yarns and would reccomend if you wash it to use cold water and gentle cycle. I would also reccomend laying it flat to dry personally. The blanket I made had greet weight to it and is very nice and warm.

Used this yarn for my first chunky knit blanket and I absolutely loved it. Number one, the color is so vibrant and beautiful. It turned out really great and didn’t leave that many holes meaning that it was super thick and super fluffy. I even washed it on cold and then dried it for 20 minutes on the lowest setting and it held up great. It even turned out better. My mother-in-law absolutely loves this gift and said that she loves to cozy up with it.

The HOMBYS Sage Green Chunky Chenille Yarn was a great purchase for my daughter who loves crocheting. The yarn is super soft, thick, fluffy, and it has a perfect Sage Green color she was looking for perfect for making cozy blankets and other projects. It’s easy to work with and has excellent quality. Although there were a few factory knots. She’s really happy with it, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

I'm new to crocheting, I just started 2 months ago and this yarn made it so easy to make my first blanket. It's very soft but heavy!! By the end my arms were tired from slipping it and it was difficult to flip the blanket to continue stitches!! But that's user error, not the yarns fault. I figured it would be heavy with how thick it is.. The yarn also doesn't shed like other yarns I've used. Little pieces would end up pulling off as I was crocheting, but not this kind. I originally bought yarn at Walmart for 8 dollars for one ball (black, red, pink), so its a good price, but they didnt have the same reddish color in the picture so I got grey, pink, and black and the colors are exactly as they look on amazon. I havent had any knots come undone, so it seems to be strong yarn but I just finished it yesterday so we'll see how it holds up. I will be buying more, very often 👍🏻 definitely a happy customer. And I just wanted to show off my work!! Im so happy with how my very first blanket turned out that I already bought more yarn to make blankets for family members

Got to say I am SO disappointed in this! I purchased this in the red and a couple other colors and I was thrilled to find it at such a good price (on sale), and with so many blankets on my to-do list for Christmas I thought I'd give it a try. Was using it along size Cozyful solid and tri-color and Hobby-lobby solids (both the extra thick for blankets). What I received is NOT what others are picturing - it's SO much thinner. Yes, it was VERY vacuum packed, and I left it out to fluff up for almost 2 weeks. Even after running it thru a wisk multiple times, it was probably less than 1/2 the size of my other comparable yarn. Chunks falling off as I worked, and several tie-togethers mid skein. Hard to hide the burn-together ends as there was not much floof/substance to work with. The colors were true to advertisement, but I'm scared it won't hold up to the quality of the other surrounding yarn in the blanket and it will eventually fall apart for recipients. With the white it wasn’t as obvious in my blanket re: quality difference - I tried to make my stitches a bit shorter and tighter when using this color, but it's more evident on the end when I needed to do a bigger loop to keep my blanket from curving - and since it's thinner it doesn't fill it in as well. The red was AWFUL. (That’s the picture I’m showing: the Homby’s red compared to the Cozyful white). Truly a bummer....I had hoped I found another affordable source to support my costly hobby - but I won't be using this again, no matter how on sale it goes.

The skeins were vacuum sealed so the fibers were squished. I was able to fluff then up as I worked with them. It is not as nice as the high end brands, but overall I'm pleased with the product. (This is for the wine red color) The color is beautiful!

Me gustó la calidad, suave al tacto y ligero. Tejí una manta de 2.00 x 2.10 con los dedos porque es grueso y con gancho # 25 quedaba muy apretada la puntada

Pire qualité de laine !!!! S'effiloche sur toute une pelotes, à jeter... Plus une autre pelotes avec des nœuds... Et pas très épaisse... C'est un mauvais deal !

Ordered for my wife to make a chunky crochet blanket for our daughter. Ordered the 8 pack and all 8 were perfect. It was enough to make a large blanket. Nice and warm.

Perfect for making hand knitted blankets, very soft and thick wool will definitely purchase again
