Quality guitar with innovative design.
I was a little skeptical but hopeful this was really all the influencers claimed this guitar to be. I'm not disappointed. I have a few professional (pricey) guitars, but the last few years I've really been into quality affordable gear. Some of it is good, some not so good. This is really good. The material and workmanship of the Enya is top notch. I like this carbon fiber composite material of which it is built, silky smooth, just the right weight and the tone... as good as any guitar I've played. Even without the builtin amp or plugged in, the guitar resonates quite well. You can hear and feel what you're playing quite well. I am a fan of the zero fret design, which in my experience works better at keeping the guitar in tune than most traditional plastic or bone nuts (unless the nut has been finely honed and crafted by a luthier or good guitar tech). The tuners are quality tuners. The truss rod adjustment, so much easier to adjust at the body than the neck and super easy with the tools provided. And this innovative tremolo/vibrato/whammy bar spring tension adjustment is brilliant! If you need to go lighter or heavier with your string gauge, this spring adjustment makes it so convenient to dial in the trem again. The builtin amp is solid with plenty of thump. The cleans all the way to the high gains are good. If you want some feedback, it'll sing, beyond fun since the speaker is in the body, but very controllable. The app is a little finicky (I've only tried iOS version) but it'll let you try new sounds, add effects and assign up to four patches on the guitar. This is a great practice and learning tool as well. But even without all the fancy "smart" builtin features, this is guitar worth the price for learning, practice, recording or live performance. It seems really durable and unaffected by humidity and temperature and seems to be something that'll give years of service. Finally I sent a question about the guitar and customer service was prompt and friendly. It looks like Enya will be a well recognized name in the guitar and music world.

Unexpectedly good!
The gimmick attracting buyers to this guitar is its self-contained speaker-amplifier and rudimentary onboard modeling that allows electric players to enjoy the untethered freedom of an acoustic guitar. For sure I think the sounds coming out of the guitar are adequate and useful, though hardly inspiring. But what I didn’t expect was that the fundamental guitar itself, plugged straight into an amplifier, would be as good as it is. The playability is off the charts. The carbon-fiber body construction, which also makes the guitar virtually impervious to temperature, humidity, and even nicks and dents, allows for an excellent ‘set neck’ type of design that allows for unfettered access to the highest frets. I can ‘handshake’ the guitar at the 19th fret! The neck itself feels great and its dimensions are super friendly to smaller hands. There is of course, no lacquer, polyurethane or paint finishing of any kind on my all black model, and the neck has that non sticky satin feel that is very comfortable. The tones available from the HSS layout cover a lot of sonic ground and can be satisfactorily substituted for the expected S-style tones while not sounding exactly the same. The humbucker produces a thick snarly tone into a distorted amp but when you pull the volume pot it puts those two coils in parallel (not a coil-split) giving you the desired ‘thinner’ sound without the usual drop in volume. This alone was an intelligent choice other makers might want to consider. Clean tones are full and rich, yet retaining the bell-like clarity when using single coils, or sounding smokier and jazzier using the humbucker; very nice. The truss-rod adjuster is a wheel at the bottom of the neck just above the neck pup, where they should all be. The back of the guitar exposes a similar wheel for adjusting the spring claw, a novel approach that makes that job easier. The tremolo bar is the now acknowledged preferred two-point design that operates very smoothly and stays in tune well within the usual limits a for non double-locking types. The guitar is relatively light, and its dimensions put it clearly in the hot-rod class of super-strats. Because of its tonal flexibility as well as outstanding playability, it is now my ‘first reach’ guitar whenever I play. I would absolutely gig with this guitar, especially since its resistance to climate effects makes it the perfect choice for playing outdoors. Many traditionalists will not even consider this guitar because it contains no wood. That’s a pity and I think they will be missing out on an innovative and outstanding guitar that Enya could be charging a lot more than the $489 I paid for it. The onboard modeling amplification adds some ‘grab-n-go’ utility for practicing or a campfire sing-along, but IMHO it’s not the main attraction. This is very simply one of the best solid-body electric guitars I have ever played in my nearly 60 years! (Mic drop…..)

I bought the Enya Inspire because I wanted an electric guitar I could pick up and play without setting up an amp and pedals every time, and it absolutely delivers on that idea. The standout is the all-in-one convenience: the built-in speaker and onboard tone/effects presets make it easy to practice or casually jam anywhere. If you want silent practice, the headphone option is a big plus, and the overall connectivity (including USB-C) makes it feel modern and flexible for different setups. It’s genuinely a “grab-and-go” solution. From a fit and finish perspective, it also presents well for the category—comfortable to hold, and it feels like a thoughtfully designed instrument rather than just a gimmick. Great fit: Beginners and intermediate players who prioritize instant playability anywhere, silent practice via headphones, and ready-to-use tones without needing to build a full rig.

Seguro. Seguiría sin tocar. Yo estoy contento con la compra.
