Instant hot water
This unit services a shower and sink in a bathroom at the far end of the house. It does a very good job. The water is hot, even with a long shower. Much better than running a long hot water line and wasting water waiting for it to get hot.

Works awesome for a month or so
It stopped working and had been operating as if controlled by some sort of impish fink. Scald to freeze back and forth as peevish as Amazon in delivering purchase insurance paperwork.
