A great alternative for more expensive brand

Dropped my Triglycerides 91 points after three months of taking. Cholesterol is down as well. Sleeping better. This works.

I always took fish oil, a smaller more normal dose. Several years ago I came down with chronic dry eye. I went to an eye doctor and was prescribed Restasis, and I was one of the lucky 50% that it did not work for. the eye doctor suggested I take fish oil, I already was, and it had no effect on my dry eye. My symptoms got bad enough it was beginning to interfere with driving. A friend who had a full panel run to test her vitamin and mineral levels said she was told she was so low in omegas that she need to take 1800mg of fish oil and she suggested I try taking more, so I started taking two fish oils, and saw no change. The lady who ran the natural food department at my local grocery stare said that therapeutic levels of omegas begin at a minimum of 1200mg but more like 1800mg and she suggested I go even higher. I check with my doctor and had the go ahead and started taking 1800mg and within 4 days my chronic dry eye symptoms were gone and have been gone ever since. This ultra omega with D is now MY omega product. I take just 2 capsules and I get what need to keep my dry eye at bay instead of the 3 of the other brand I used to take. I know that most people are deficient in D and knowing that D is also tied to thyroid issues which I too suffer from, this is a double whammy for my health.

I don't know how long it takes to feel any results but it's been a month and I see no difference for me but being more tired. But try it out but it's a little pricey for my budget.

A friend recommended this because I have dry high and I can definitely tell if I run out that my dry eye is worse without it best product ever! So now I never run out!!!!
