not compatible with rollei 35 TE. does not make proper electrical contact. camera meter does work with proper battery, this battery just isnt it ... at least it does not properly make contact in my rollei 35 TE

Just be careful that it is the battery you need.
I'm confident the battery I received is a good example of the battery advertised. Fast delivery, live battery. My fault, but apparently the model number PX27M is different from the PX27 I need. The cell is the same voltage, size and shape, but it has a flat end and a button end (like most batteries), whereas my application needs buttons on both ends (it is for a vintage Rollei 35SE camera). Hope this helps some out there. I know of at least one other case of this confusion.
