As for the picture which shows two types, I just wanna show the effects of crinkly shape by the knife. The black one is better than the silver one and we want to provide you with high quality products, so we only sell the black one and there is no choice to choose.

How long will this crinkly knife keep not to be rusted?

I don't know how long it will keep but I had this crinkle cutter for nearly a year, it still works well and hasn't got rusted.
