I live in New Orleans. Will this bag protect my dress from mildew because of the extreme humidity?

I live in Hawaii. Based on the humidity we have here, although it is not as extreme as in New Orleans, the bag has so far protected my dress.

Conflicting information: Does the bag say "Hello Gorgeous" on it or not?

Mine does not have Hello Gorgeous on the dress bag, but does on the small satin bag meant for shoes or other accessories.
