Upadate- Decent, Solid 3-4 stars
Is a good amp, dunno what the actual wattage and rms rating is but this thing will make you feel every bass note from the front seat. The only thing that i don't like about it is its very difficult to tune. If you have 2 regular 12" subwoofers odds are they will be blown up in the near future. I have two pioneer champions (P2's) totaling 2600 watts peak and 750 watts rms with a 2k 20 farad planet audio capacitor and 4ga knu concept amp wires. I really dont know why anybody would want a system this loud if it wasn't just for show. I got my settings tuned way down on my radio in fear of going deaf otherwise. I dunno if I would really pay $130 for this amp. I would keep a look out for used-like new amps for considerably less money. I got mine $80 used, new in box. If your really going to spend $130 just get a 500 watt rms rockford or alpine and you might be happier with that set up, plus you got a better resale if you ever get in a pinch. Pros Somewhat inexpensive(buy used) Eyes on skull light up when power is on Will tear cheap average subwoofers to shreds Cons Very difficult to tune Not actually 3000 watts DUH Rumored to be not so 1 ohm stable Final Thoughts Its seems to me how generic-off brand products are added up is they label their subs as one as name brands the peak wattage on the subs and amp is for a 2 speaker set up rather than a one speaker set up so when you go generic and your buying a 3000 watt amp your probably getting closer to a 1500 watt amp which in this case i have two name brand subwoofers peaked at 1300 together leaving some room for the amp not to be underpowered and strained. So not to confuse you to much i got a pioneer champion 10" and a 12" 1200w and 1400 but how pioneer rates their amps i would need to get a 1300 watt amp which i figure i got a 1500w power akoustic amp and this leaves my amp some room to wiggle. Power akoustic is a very decent brand would definitely buy from them again compared to some other off brand no names. Ok sorry to type your eye off im done talking now lol.
