This three-piece set of traditional natural bamboo tools is for use with Matcha powder in the Japanese Ceremonial Tea ceremony. Included is the whisk, scoop and spoon. All of the implements are of good quality, nicely finished, attractive and perform as expected. If unfamiliar it is important to allow the whisk to thoroughly dry before placing it back in the included clear plastic storage case. A good quality economical set.

This set has really upped my matcha and tea game. Quality is well worth the price. EDIT: Unfortunately, my matcha whisk got moldy since it was damp when I put it back in its container; I was forced to throw it away. I reached out to the seller and told them my predicament and was promptly sent a brand new replacement set, free of charge. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied, and for that I am filled with gratitude. Not only do they sell quality matcha kits (among other things), they also have excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would, but 5 out of 5 stars will have to suffice for now!

Great whisk, does build up mold after a while , however I think that is on me from storing it while it is still wet. This whisk is easy to use and has held up for a long time for me. The measuring spoon is thin enough to keep it in the bag while still snapping the bag shut, making it super functional with great storage capacity. Would reccomend, as it is a great value for its price!

This is a very aesthetically pleasing and effective matcha whisk. Great value. The addition of the scoop and spoon is just icing on the cake! Great set, highly recommended. Tip: when you first get a matcha whisk, it'll be a little curled inward--just set it in some hot water for a couple moments to loosen/limber it up before whisking! I also recommend using a whisk stand to help it maintain its shape over time. If you use your whisk daily, you should get a new one every several months.

I just got this product a few days ago, but I have already used it three times and it has worked great. Super easy and convenient to use, and seems to be very durable and of high quality. I would recommend this product because it is a steal for such a low price! The two utensils it comes with make me feel more official because it makes me look like I know what I'm doing when I'm scooping out my matcha.

I always heavily research everything I purchase before I buy and this set was no exception. After looking at all of the similar products out there I chose this set for the quality, price and authenticity. The chasen and chashaku are well constructed and I am very pleased with my purchase. Have already used them several times and have had no issues. With minimal care, this item should last me for a good long while but if I need a replacement I will definitely order from this company again.

Everything came packaged into a tall white paper box, not Woodcha's own company box. The box came in damaged - partially rip, and the bottom of the box was opened, not taped/glue sealed. The spoon and the scoop came wrapped in a clear plastic package together. I love the spoon, but the scoop has a tiny dent, it seems to be pressed by something else. It doesn't affect the usage; it just doesn't look pretty. The whisk has the Woodcha logo and name imprinted. After the first use, there is a line, dividing the side without shine and the other with shine. Don't know if that is normal. I washed the entire whisk twice already, and the line is still there. I don't notice a lot of fraying from the whisk. And the centre will come undone - it is completely normal.

If you are looking for a perfect matcha set - look no further! It is ergonomic, durable (I was using it for almost 3 months every day and the whisk looks like new), with a "zen" touch to it. It will make you happy and relaxed every morning you use it to make your matcha tea or matcha latte. It will also make a perfect gift for a matcha lover. Cannot recommend it high enough!

I’ve been doing matcha the traditional way for more than 15 yrs. No noob here. This is a nice whisk. The larger size and amt of tongs gives a nice thick but fine froth. No big bubbles in it like you get with smaller whisks. I have no idea nor have I yet found a use for the spoon though lol. I use that chasuku, chawan and chasan. Really nothing else you need. I’d have rather had a bamboo scoop for measuring water than a spoon lol. Quite a few stray slivers on it at first but what I didn’t pick off is now gone after a month or two of use. Remember to rinse right away. Impossible to clean if you don’t. Use a whisk holder and make sure you water is never boiling! Perfect matcha. ❤️

It’s made well, it’s sturdy. Use it everyday and it’s going great! What you use to make matcha really makes a difference.

This does the trick for simple matcha mixing. Great deal. It does the job.
