Serves it purpose!
The product was delivered on time, the packaging was safe for international delivery purposes. I had ordered it for HP Probook 4540s, and it fitted perfectly. The initial charge was some 30-40%. After full charge I disconnected power cable and let the battery use itself. It holds around 2-2.5 hours of power, which is more than fine, given the price of the product! I have used it for a week now, and this review is based on a weekly result. If something changes for the worse, will update the review accordingly. But what is most important - my laptop is a laptop again!) I'm very happy with it. The product very well serves its purpose.

Fit and worked
No complaints for an economical replacement charged up and works fine does not seem to have the battery life of the original

Honest seller and dependable battery
I'm very satisfied with both the product and the seller. The battery has a good long charge life. It comes well-packaged and is super easy to install. One of my previous purchases didn't make it to the full year guarantee and was replaced quickly by the seller's excellent customer service. A good company with a good product. Hard to find these days.

Charging issue
New one dropped charge immediately when showing 49%. Yet hasn't charged in full, only 40% after 48 h charging. Very unhappy. I'm still waiting for another hours to see if charged Updated: Received new replacement for free. Works fine. Thank you.

Works as it should
This battery was for my mother's older Win7 laptop that she uses only for email and browsing. No plans to upgrade the laptop and it does what it's expected to do. Batteries for older laptops are getting harder to find and when I find a good price I dive on it.

The battery is useless after six months of use
I thought this battery was great till it was consistently losing charge. A power outage just hit my area and knocked out my laptop too. The battery holds zero charge. Waste of money 🙃

Defective or just plain junk?
After a couple weeks, the battery started having issues. The battery stopped charging. I did find if I removed it then reinserted, the battery would start working as it should. However, now I have to remove and reinsert multiple times before it will take a charge. NOT convenient and very inconvenient to return. UPDATE: When the Company heard that I wasn't satisfied with the product, they were quick to replace it and sent a working battery. So far so good!!
