What is the length of size 12 in inches or cm ?

I take size 12 in U.K. measurement which is size 47 in EU. However I always buy size 13 in drag shoes as they are mainly made in China and are nearly always on the small side. Size 12 comes out as 45/46 and is therefore too small for me where size 13 is 47 or 47.5 which fits just right.

Are these suitable for wide feet ?

Doubt it, I’ve narrow feet and was snug into them
