The steel splashback fitted my gap perfectly, so it was true to exact size ordered. Arrive well packed so it arrived in perfect condition and not bent or marked. Glued it with ordinary silicone from a standard tube and gun. Just 3 wavy lines of thin bead on the back of the steel. Most people have these in their household I guess, if you do the occasional DIY job. No need for specialist glues when fitting to my flat backboard. Looks great and is excellent value for money. TIP....the protective adhesive film on the front needs to be pulled off. The supplier advice is to take it off after fitting to avoid handling marks on the front face of the steel. I found it extremely hard to pull the film off. I felt there was a danger of pulling the steel off the wall as it required a hefty tug to get the film off. In the end I pulled it off BEFORE gluing the steel to wall. Just be careful to avoid marking the front face as you put it up.

This is totally marvelous and is easy to put up and looks really good. I'm delighted. We used No More Nails Invisible and it went up without difficulty. We let it sit on the wall for a couple of days and then peeled the protective cover off. great price and great result. A happy domestic moment!

Had a new kitchen installed but wanted to keep the existing tiles, unfortunately when all was said and done there was a gap left in the tiles behind the cooker which needed covering! Got in touch with the above seller and they were able to cut the splashback to the exact size that I needed 👍 As it was a rather awkward size I measured and re-measured & in communication with the above seller I actually changed the size a couple of times before actually placing the order which was no problem at all. Great communication and a great item if you're looking for a stainless steel splashback then I can highly recommend.

It arrived quite quickly and well packaged. I ordered it at the end of May but wanted to wait to see how it withstood regular usage. There's a plastic film protecting the front of the splashback. I thought that was the back until I read the instructions. There's a reviewer that thought the same thing & gave it a negative review but they photographed the shiny, mirror bit, which is where you add the glue. Hope they realised. There wasn't a single scratch on mine. It arrived in 100%, perfect condition. I followed the instructions. I used an adhesive sealant on the splashback to glue it unto the tiles behind my cooker. I needed help to press it in, as it was quite heavy. It says leave it for 24hrs before you take off the plastic film. I took my time taking the film off. Cleaning it is simple. For cleaning I follow the instructions; which states to wipe it along the grain, which for mine is an up and down motion. I use warm, soapy water, or warm water, dry it & wipe it over, with a stainless steel cleaner & repellent; using a microfiber cloth. No scrubbing needed with anything abrasive otherwise it'll leave scratch marks. So glad I bought it and fixed it. Saved me loads of money. And it looks good.

I didn’t want to cut to size so I ordered the best size possible. Used heat resistant oven glue. Stuck on kitchen tiles behind hob in 2 minutes. Looks amazing. Very strong metal sheet and very sharp corners. (USE GLOVES). Used a wet wipe to take off fingerprints. Job finished. Would recommend. Bear in mind not to use the hob for at least 3 to 4 days let glue completely dry as it is air tight. If you use hob glue will melt and sheet will come off wall. Whatever silicone/glue you use let it cure and make sure it is heat resistant glue. Otherwise it will melt.

This is my second buy used one as a splash back 4 years ago and it still looks as good as when I first put it up. Second one for a spice rack. I trim them with car trim and I think it makes them look good

Item arrived quickly and was packaged well, packaging wasn't damaged but one of the corners was bent. I fixed it with hammer because needed to install splashback tonight and no time to wait for replacement.

I bought this as previous owners left splashback behind oven that was not heat proof. It started to melt and was a hazard. My uncle cut it away and installed this on top of the tiles that were behind it with a strong heat proof adhesive. It looks stunning to the eye and makes cleaning so much easier. It wipes up perfectly when it gets splashes on it.

Platte ist spiegelnd, nicht matt, gesamte Platte hat Kratzer, war leider nicht mit einer Folie etc bedeckt. Eine der 4 Kanten ist leider verbogen, hier ist wohl während des Einpackens oder Transports der Kantenschutz abgegangen. Für mich nicht zu gebrauchen.

El artículo lo recibí importado desde el Reino Unido. El embalaje original se compone de cartón sencillo y esquinas de plástico que evitan que las esquinas se doblen. Contenía hoja de instrucciones en inglés donde se informa que es preciso de un adhesivo tipo "nomasclavos" que es posible obtener en cualquier tienda de bricolaje. Es conveniente que se aplique de forma generosa en distintas direcciones ya que pesa la pieza unos 5-6 kilos. Al ser de 75 cm de alto debe ir algo escondida tras la encimera o el extractor. La pieza resulta flexible pero a la vez evita que se queden marcas o dobleces, además al ser de 90 cm como la campana permite que las salpicaduras se limpien fácilmente.

Ottimo prodotto. Ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.
