The oriole birds love this!

Great feeder! Orioles started showing up within an hour of putting it out. Tentatively at first, just "fly-bys" like they were checking it out. Eventually they landed on it and tried the jelly and oranges. Now on day 2, and they have been visiting frequently all day - I have already had to refill the jelly cup. I am using Songbird Essentials Bird Berry Jelly (also available from Amazon) and they appear to love it. I had tried other nectar-type oriole feeders in the past with zero luck, so I'm pretty geeked that this one is working so well. Note, the orange ribbon in my photo did not come with the feeder, I added it just to make it a little more visible and obvious for the birds to spot.

Have been using this feeder for years for my Orioles. They seem to love it. I use sugar water, the same you use for hummingbirds from scratch. I bought the second one thinking, I could stick it in another location, but then realized I did not have another covered area to keep the nectar cup from filling with rain. I will keep it either as a spare or as a gift for somebody.

The orioles love them! We use ant moats and fill about a quarter full. Pouring hot water in the glass bowls makes for quick daily clean up.

Although the cup for the jam works well, and the birds can easily access it, the protrusions that are meant to hold orange halves do not hold them and thus they fall off.

I own several of these and the orioles love them. A great product to attract orioles and their fledglings. Catbirds too. Now the bees are deterring the birds. Has anyone found a way to deter bees. The ants are not a problem. Orioles eat the ants right along with the jelly.

Since the pandemic sent my entire office to work-from-home, I added birdfeeders outside my "office" window. It's been fantastic. After I had an actual ORIOLE trying to eat at my hummingbird feeder, I read up on them, and got this feeder, more suited to orioles. Orioles and House Finches have been thoroughly enjoying the grape jelly I put in the cup. EASY to set up, right out of the package. The hanging chain feels a little flimsy, but so far it's worked fine. I also worried that orange halves would slip off the spikes, since they're directly perpendicular to the frame, and not angled upward. So far, the orange has not slipped off, but also I have not seen any birds eating the orange, or trying to sit on it. We'll see! Orioles are GORGEOUS orange birds with striking black and white markings. It's been worth it to have this feeder and get to see them up close.

Mein Fehler ... die Vögel welche das Teil vielleicht aufsuchen würden gibt es in Europa ( noch ? ) nicht ... Zieht nur Wespen an :-(

Love this feeder. The birds love also. Not just Orioles but gros beaks and cat birds. Easy to load. I’ve using organic blueberry jam in the glass container. They go crazy for it.

Orioles love this geeder

It serves the purpose, light weight vibrant orange colour. It attracted 2 oriole couples after a few days up. Easy to clean. Removed one star as you have to loop it onto a spike in order for it to hang properly and not lopsided. The link I used may break early as a result. Would have been more functional with a larger centre loop. It has to hang straight or no jelly! Otherwise I really like it and was worth the $ I paid!

live close to several apple orchards and open farm land the Orioles are loving there new feeder, the product is well designed and serves them well with couple orange slice holder and dish stile holder which we use meal worms and organic grape jam .
