Lunge Line for Horses Cotton Horse Lunge Line with Bolt Snap & Rubber Stop (Hunter Green, 24')

This is a great flat lungeline. It’s a good length, the rubber is a good weight, the hook is also a good weight and is sturdy, the rope doesn’t wear down or get torn very easily, I’ve been using this for over a year now and it still works great and has lots of life left in it. I like the flat lungeline bc it’s a little lighter weight and doesn’t get as tangled in your hand, easier to hold, give slack, and gather quickly. Not a super soft material, good for grip but not if you have soft baby hands you might get a rope burn if your horse pulls suddenly or you give too much slack too quickly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone learning how to use a lungeline or with a lot of experience. If you like a lot of extra length at the end of your rope while lunging or plan to do any ties around your horse for training, this might not be the one for you, it’s prefect for working in a round pen or very small arena and keeping close control of your horse.

Super long lunge line, seems sturdy and works great.

I purchased this to use with a lunging cavesson where the lead is hooked to the ring in top of the nose. The clasp this came with is HUGE and would have banged my horse in the nose. I replaced it with a smaller clasp. Photo shows the lead with the clasp I sewed on next to the original one. It's a nice lead. It's nice and light and easy on the hands. I knocked off one star due to the clasp.

Let me start by saying this is a fabulous lunge line! It is soft and just the right length to comfortably work your horse on a 20 meter circle. But as others have noted, the snap is very large. It’s strong which is great but if you are running it from the bit , across the poll to the other side, you have to be careful as you or the horse could be injured if they were to sling their head about and the snap whipped around. Regardless, I will definitely buy again should I need another lunge line.

Great length, only used twice since it arrived. It seems well made, no issues, but recommend using with leather gloves if you have a sassy or spicy horse just looking to be naughty or frisky!

I have a 125lb mastiff and this lead works great for her weight. I looked at all the other long line dog leads & often worry about cheapies breaking on me, because they’re not really for “big dogs.” However, this rope is well made, has a nice weight to it, feels durable & heavy duty. The clasp is heavy duty too, not flimsy or easily bent. It’s awesome for giving my dog some space while we’re out & still feeling like I can pull her back if necessary. It’s a beefy lead! I only wish they had even more longer lengths for practicing recall, 25ft gets eaten up fast!

It is lightweight, yet very sturdy! We love the patriotic colors!
