Question from a newbie: What’s the benefit of using this system versus using threaded ND filters for your lens?

One benefit is that you can adapt these to a variety of lens thread sizes using relatively inexpensive filter holders. That is far less expensive than buying individual threaded filters for each lens. I use mine on 77mm, 72mm, 58mm, etc. lenses. another advantage of the large P series filters is that you minimize the risk of vignetting the image, unlike stacked individual threaded filters. Hope this helps!

Will these fit in nisi v6 filter holder?

They should fit well. 100mm is the width.
