This toner works really nicely for soft, even color correction without making the hair feel dry or overprocessed. Works great! Strong if used correctly. I am naturally dark ash blonde and have been experimenting with dying my hair platinum at home. I have mostly got it down with just a few tweaks. I have been using T18 to tone the roots for the past few sessions and it works great! At first, I felt like it wasn't working that great or my hair wasn't accepting it too well. After research, I figured out what I was doing wrong. After my bleaching session, I would use a conditioner, so I think that was blocking the T18. So the next session, I did not use conditioner after my bleaching session and I only used a vol 10 developer (instead of 20) and my hair turned a beautiful ashy platinum. Still very pretty but I was going more for snow white. I left it on longer than I should have b/c I thought my hair was resistant, so it was totally my fault. Next, I am just going to leave it on for less time and/or mix with another toner.

It did an amazing job of neutralizing brassy tones and leaving my blonde looking cooler, brighter, and more balanced. The formula was easy to mix and apply, and the results looked smooth and even from root to end. My hair still felt soft and healthy afterward, which I really appreciated. I also love how customizable the toners are depending on the shade you want to achieve. It gives that fresh salon-finished look right at home. Overall, this is a reliable and effective toner that delivers beautiful, healthy-looking blonde results. Definitely a must-have for maintaining color!

BEFORE AND AFTER I definitely notice less yellow! It worked. I did 1:2 toner 20 v developer ratio. I left it on 30 minutes from when I started putting it on my damp hair. I wish I did the top for a little bit longer. Overall, I think I did okay for my first time!

I finally went from decades of box color brown (#5) to embracing the gray. A few months ago my hairdresser took my professionally highlighted hair (which was my in-between step from brown to gray), and went a very nice slightly warm gray. As it goes, the toner she’d used faded after three months and my own silvery grays are growing beautifully but neutral, whereas the colored hair got brassy. Friends will tell you about it so ya know when it’s time :D I really want to be independent versus spending tons of money and time at the salon, so while at a beauty store to buy a powder brush I asked about toners and they quickly recommended this hair toner plus a Wella processor to do the job. I have a lot of very sick long hair, and the entire bottle +2 parts developer was jussst enough on my head. Any less and I’d need to buy two bottles of each . It really was easy. I just squirted my hair with a water bottle to lose damp, mix the developer and color in a bowl with a hair color brush. Then with gloves on grabbed gobs of it and worked it in from the ends, until I got close to my natural color line. Right now I have about 3 inches of my natural gray/silver roots. Then I took the hair color brush and with some product on it brushed it up towards my own color until met it all around the edges of my hairlines. I also roughly picked up chunks at a time and did it throughout my head versus bothered with foils which are overkill I’d say. This isn’t color, it’s just toner. And I would really recommend that approach. Instructions, people and the Internet recommend but after waiting 20 to 25 minutes you then work the toner into your whole head of hair, including your neutral natural gray roots. I did this but I won’t do it again. If you’re growing out gray that are neutral and you have brassy colored hair that you’re trying to match to it, just skip the step of working it into your roots. Even five minutes on the roots shifted it a little more cool and towards purple and I didn’t need that at all. Still, it turned out nice and neutral overall. I’ll definitely do this regularly, every few months. It does have a very slight dullness to it but as I understand it, this is the best you get unless you also get highlights. It was the same way when I got it professionally done and my hairdresser knows a ton about color chemicals. This toner is what will help me grow my grays out, with occasional highlight tweaks from my hairdresser. And I have two years worth of hair length :)

Finally after 6 months of bleaching gently my hair to get out all the years of box dye I finally today achieved a white blonde so I can go naturally grey. This will ONLY tone the brass down not turn you white. I used it every time I bleached so I was not so orange. Each time it made it more of a strawberry blonde, then a light blonde, then a butter blonde etc. it burns scalp so try keep off scalp , not horrible tho I go numb after a few minutes lol. It smells bad when doing it but after it smells very nice. No lingering bad smells. I used 10 volume the first 3 bleaches them 20 volume for the last 3. I went slow to protect my hair and get rid of years of box dye slowly , mostly black and red dyes

This is my first time trying the T11. I have tried T18 in the past and loved it but wanted to switch it up this time. I really like my results! It’s like a soft buttery platinum. Not too yellow and not too white or purple or grey. I think I might stick to this one. I used 20 vol developer and put it on my whole head. I used 2 bottles. I left it for the full 30 minutes. I included pictures of my roots before lightening, after lightening, during toning, wet after toning and after blow drying

Quería un beige o vainilla blonde, me lo puse cumple con como funciona pero creo que yo prefería un rubio más frío, así que si tú personalmente buscas un rubio cálido te lo recomiendo si prefieres algo con tonos fríos no es lo que buscas
