Hello everyone, I have 2 tascam ta-1vp, but as soon as I activate the auto-tune function has the speed of correction to 0, my voice crackling

The speed correction is not universal. Each program has to be saved with its own speed correction.

How will this help a person who raps and doesnt sing?

It is dominantly for tuning sung notes, so my impression would be not that much. However, if you sing a FEW notes while rapping, you can get that mechanized sound as you change pitch if you set it for aggressive tuning. In addition, as a vocal processor there are some fun effects to play with.

Does this fit a 19” rack? The description says this is 21.75”.

Sorry about that. Yes, the TA-1VP is a 19" rack mount unit. Not too sure what the 21.75" is all about. It was probably just a cut-n-paste from a factory spec sheet and something seems to have gotten lost in the translation.
