I want to use this as a botanical additive in cosmetic emulsions. Is it Oil soluble? Will it melt and mix into a carrier oil that’s heated up to 145?

Soluble in alcohol (ethyl/perfumers sb40b/isopropyl/etc), not water soluble, poor solubility in oil.

At what temperature does this melt? I live in the desert. Need accurate answer, thanks

typically, Chios Mastic melts at about 200F, not less than 190F, so you'll be fine.

can this be used to make turkish ice cream?

I'm not sure about making ice cream, but I can tell you that chewing this gum is like literally chewing on Hard Rocks. You cannot chew this gum, it is much too hard and tough.
