any videos on the installation?

yes, if you look up springfield speaker they have very helpful videos. I recommend the method they show with pushing a sign wave through the speaker for centering- much easier than manually.

Will this fit on a 12in Skar audio subwoofer?

Probably not, you’d need one that’s much wider than this one. This is more suited for home audio woofers.

I have pops 12” speaker would this fit

I would assume if it is a 12 inch speaker it would work. I used these for a 12 inch subwoofer and it worked perfect.

I have a pair of Acoustic Research s112ps subs. Will these work? The dimensions seem to match.

I don not know anything about your speakers, the speakers that I have, have a paper cone the foam edge had deteriorated so I removed what was left and by following the instruction had no problem in making the repair.
