If you are in US you need to buy an EU plug adapter. I am very sad with this item, it was a gift for my wife and she can’t enjoy it because the plug is not American. I bought the adapter and wait another day to use the product. Amazon you need to read the reviews of this product, take action now.

I can’t rate the actual product yet as I’m not yet able to use it. :( This product comes with an EU plug! Nowhere in the description (on Amazon US site) does this product list that it is only for EU. (Note- An EU to UK adapter is mentioned in the product insert that came in the box, but that adapter wasn’t included, but not a big deal for me since I am in neither of those places.) Now I have to purchase an adapter to use it since I want to stay with this brand, which has been reliable for other products (which have US plugs.) Amazon, please update the product description! Or better yet, ensure that US plugs are included on electronics sold in the US.

I bought this product expecting something compatible for my plug, but no. They have to send EU Plug, plus I have to spend even more money to keep their product by getting an adapter?!?

I love this wand! It holds curls like no other without any hair products!!!
