Vibrant long lasting colours
These freeze‑dried raspberry pieces are excellent. They’re vibrant, crunchy, and full of natural raspberry flavour without any added sugar. I’ve used them for cake decorating, in buttercream, and stirred into porridge — they work perfectly every time. The 100g pack goes further than expected too. A really handy ingredient to keep in the baking cupboard.

Really nice
Used some of these in my homemade chocolates and they were really nice. They have a good colour and taste. The texture is good too. I might try them on some ice cream.

High in flavour, tiny bits that can be used for many options, I’ve added into scones which were so tasty, my main use is added into warm Vimeo, so good!!! Will buy again for sure.

These various freeze dried fruits are exceptionally tasty especially for sprinkling on muesli etc. gives that little perk of tastiness . Would recommend these to everyone.

Very sour!
These small raspberries are quite sour but goes well with yogurt the bag it comes in is a nightmare to open huge bag .Quite pricey for what it is .something different gonna try them in my cakes the weekend. I will say tiny pieces raspberries so u get alot .
