This is a lovely neckless. The pendant is a really good size and makes a pretty noise. The two cord necklaces are perfect with clasps that work properly. I doubled up the long neckless to shorten it by treading the cord through the pendant twice...looked good. Super piece of jewellery, very nicely presented and an excellent price.

Got it as a present, quality is great, looks very nice. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful

Lovely pendant, a good size and weight and has a lovely tinkly bell sound, as expected. It came in a nice box and was delivered in good order and quickly. There were 2 leatherette cords with the pendant ; the ones I've received are useless, as the catch on one wouldn't open at all and on the other it opened and wouldn't close ! The long one can still be used, by just cutting off the findings and knotting the cord. But it hasn't been a problem for me anyway as the pendant is lovely and I have put it on a chain.

I got the idea from my aunt who had hers for all four of her children, it's a little smaller than I expected and smaller than the one she had but it chimes and is very sweet! The only thing is that the clasp doesn't seem to work very well, it's stiff and doesn't seem to spring shut but since the necklace is meant to rest on the belly, it doesn't really matter because you can just slip it over your head. I can't wait to give it to my friend so my goddaughter can hear it and relax to it for the next few months! Edit: just realised there was only one necklace in the package not two as stated in product info

This is a lovely product and it arrived really quickly. Its a bit smaller than some Bolas I've seen but great quality and lovely noise.

I bought this necklace when I was 4 months pregnant. I had thought the gentle chime would be comforting for my baby. On first impression I thought the charm had a beautiful design, was a nice size and had a satisfying weight to it. The charm is completely spherical and the design is on both sides.It comes with 2 different chain lengths, one that means the charm rests in the centre of your bump and a shorter one that means the charm reaches your chest. The short chain can still be put on over the head without undoing the clasp. The main issue I found is that the chime that the necklace makes is so quiet. I barely noticed it when I was wearing it so I doubt that the sound could be heard by my baby. I also felt that natural daily body movement was not vigorous enough to make the bell actually ring in the first place. The long chain meant that the charm rested on the widest part of my bump and often got in the way and brushed against things. I quickly switched to the shorter chain which was much more convenient. I continued to wear this necklace throughout my pregnancy but never wore it for long after my son's birth as I felt the sound never offered him any comfort. Maybe it would have done had I persevered until he was a bit older but it was hard to remember to wear it daily during those early newborn weeks! Overall a very pretty and quality necklace but I personally would only buy it if you like the design and not if you are expecting a chime that your baby will be able to hear during pregnancy.
