Worth the money!
I bought this product for the Fourth of July and thunderstorms both of which terrify my dogs. I plugged them in a few days prior to the Fourth of July and I have to say this product does help decrease pet anxiety. I will purchase again next year!

Jury is still out - don’t notice any effect yet.
Too early to tell if this is having a calming effect on my dogs. Haven’t noticed any change so far. Only 30 days into using it. I am going to give it at least another 30 days - just bought the refills for that.

Worked like a charm!
This product was exactly what the doctor ordered for our very anxious dog. He is on medication and is still very over excited and anxious causing him to mark all over the place in reaction to people/animals walking by outside or even our other pets in the home. Since starting this I have only found evidence of only one instance of marking and all of our pets seem much more calm and relaxed. They also appear to get along much better as well. They have ever been very fond of one another leading to fighting, hissing and barking frequently.

No obvious relief of our pet's anxiety.
We couldn't see any difference in the way our terrier reacted to the fireworks on New Years Eve. We ended up having to drug her again and I hate what that does to her.

Fire hazard
I never write bad reviews, but this product in my opinion is a hazard. I bought this for my daughter to use for her newly adopted dog with separation anxiety. She plugged it in when she received it and all seemed well for 2 weeks. This weekend, while she was home, she smelled a faint burning smell. When she looked at the diffuser it was bright red and smoking. She immediately unplugged it and ran water over it in the sink. Thankfully this happened on a day she was home and her dog was not in her crate. I hate to think of what may have happened had she not been there. Please, if you have one of these, use extreme caution.

Didn’t work for our dog
This may work for others, but unfortunately my pup with anxiety never acted any differently. She was still always stressed and we could bit walk out the door, even for a few minutes without her chewing something.

Pictures tell a thousand words - pls see.The product was completely burnt & damaged with less than 24 hours of usage - the delivery was 2 days ago.It could have burned down my house!!!There is NO EXCUSES for a faulty & dangerous product - ABSOLUTELY NO REASON(S) for this to actually happen.I sincerely hope NO ONE will buy this product unless u wanna cause harm & damage to your home, pets & loved ones!I am seriously considering TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ADAPTIL!!!
