does it have a splint

No splint, it does not have much support and moves around and is difficult to tighten up to get a snug fit.

How long does the Velcro adherence last? Will it lose the stickiness fast?

The Velcro doesnt last long. I wore the brace every day and after a month it started to loose it's worth. I tried to move it to other areas but the area to work with is limited.

Can I use it during weight lifting?

I would never reccomend using this for a long period (more than 1hr) of time. It can begin to bruise and sore up the area in between your thumb and finger. As for using for workout, yes you can but the strap may come lose when bending the wrist while using dumbbells or a bench press or even pushups. The straps can be adjusted to any size hand but if it's to tight it will for sure come undone as it is only velcro. Loosening the straps may help with that.
