It is manufactured and distributed by Elizabeth Arden (EA Fragrances Co.) under license, and the label on the back of the metal container confirms that. That also explains why you don't see Liz Claiborne written on the bottle or the packaging. So, it is the original Liz Claiborne fragrance most likely thinned with a lot of alcohol so it can be sold at a reduced price at retailers like Amazon, Walmart and Target. That probably explains why so many people complain that the fragrance does not last long, even though it smells good. This pretty much is the same with Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, and many other big name designers who have manufacturing and distribution deals with Elizabeth Arden.
