I've been using these for dry eyes and they've provided good relief, especially when wearing contact lenses. The drops are easy to apply, keep my eyes comfortable throughout the day, and seem to last longer than many standard eye drops I've tried. The only reason I've knocked off a star is that occasionally a small gel-like residue ends up in my eye after application. It's not painful, but it can be a bit irritating and noticeable until it clears. Aside from that, they're very effective and have become my go-to drops for managing dry eyes. If you wear contact lenses and struggle with dryness, they're definitely worth considering.

At nearly £1,600 per litre you expect something special from these eyedrops - and you do get it. These were recommended to me by an optician for my dry eyes and contact lenses, exacerbated by central heating in the winter months. A single drop of this in each eye is incredibly soothing immediately and for hours afterwards. The mechanism for pumping out a single drop is accurate and easy to use. Other eyedrops might offer similar immediate relief but Hycosan lasts for ages - making it worth its price tag.

The Hycosan eye drops are effective for dealing with medium dry eye conditions; soothing and cooling. I use them as recommended by the optician, three times a day and they do help the problem, the reddening of my eyes and the irritation are much relieved.
