I'm gluten- and dairy-free, so sometimes it's hard to find a tasty protein bar that isn't loaded to the gills with sugar alcohols. I was intrigued by these simply because of the brain-boosting ingredients. I love the peanut butter chip- it has a good texture and a natural flavor that isn't chemical in the least. The only reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is that the chocolate sea salt is not the greatest. It's certainly edible, but I don't really taste much chocolate, just the salt. I'd still purchase this again for the peanut butter flavor alone. I recommend if you want a healthy, natural bar that meets various dietary restrictions. I just tried the almond butter chip, and that is my favorite. It tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough. I was unable to leave a separate review for that one, even though it was a separate purchase, so I give that one 5 stars, along with the peanut butter chip.

IQ bar...I feel a little smarter??? I have tried most of the flavors offered in the variety packs. I will concentrate this review on the Chocolate Sea Salt bar. Is my brain smarter? Maybe...these bars pack a good punch of flavor. The texture is good and they are filling; they work as a good snack or a very light meal. 160 calories per bar are decent for weight control and the ingredients are solid. The biggest plus? Total sugars= <1g! Wow! And...8g of Fiber is amazing. Now, that is a wonderful ratio and keto healthy. Out of 10g of fat...only 1.5 is Saturated. OF course, no Trans Fat is present. Sheesh...I hope not. Protein comes in at a respectable 11g per bar. Very nice. And, almonds are the first ingredient! These bars have 5-star reviews on their website. I gave an overall rating of 4, as I like the taste...but they aren't my #1 bar. I also knock the value for money down to 3-stars. I am picky when it comes to value...all bars in this category should be priced a little lower. You may feel differently, depending on what you are used to spending per bar...or per case. Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-gmo...these have a lot going for them. Recommended. After writing this, I do feel a little smarter. Hmm...

While dieting over the past year, i've made a habit of a protein based bar and coffee for breakfast. I've tried various brands, but never found one that had everything I wanted...high protein, low carbs and sugar, good taste, plus a full feeling to take me til lunch. This bar has it all, plus more. Slightly more expensive, but completely worth it when you look at the quality ingredients. I have them on my monthly subscription list.

I tried these bars because I'm always looking for new ways to eat healthier. These bars do taste great and they have all organic ingredients, but to me, the price is prohibitive. The flavors are unique (Chocolate Sea Salt, Almond Butter Chip etc) but they cost more than $12 for just 6 bars! That equates to more than $2 per bar...and they are not really that big. So, while I do like these bars, I don't expect to be buying them that often.

Not sure where to start! Well, let me say I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a few years ago and had to totally change my life and diet. I 've been doing the Paleo diet but it's been quite a struggle, especially since I lost my job because of being sick. Trying to eat this way is very expensive and trying to find snacks or on-the-go bars are near impossible to find because most are horrible! Well, I gave these a try and I'm so glad I did!!! Yes, they cost a bit more than I wanted but they are now my on-the-go favorite! They aren't too sweet and hold my hunger for a few hours. So glad I found these!! 😊

Love the bars . they are my mid morning snack and sometimes evening snack. I have no other cravings after eating one of the bars. Also, when I travel I bring along a few and keep in my purse. The price is right and the flavors are great.

First of all, the taste of these is just bad. You don't taste any peanut, nor almond nor chocolate taste. I had bad protein bars before but this was the first time I took a bite and didn't want to eat more. Second, the nutritional info is different than the one they posted on the website. 13g of carbs is not a low carb product.

The flavor isn't bad when you start but it sneaks up on you with this weird almost fishy flavor by the time you're halfway through. All the flavors kind of taste the same, like a carob coated tuna. Will not be re-purchasing, or finishing what I've already bought.

I don't like the taste at all. Rubbish.
