I have bought 3 other cheaper products at the store and they all gummed up on me. This one is solid and awesome and you can do all sizes of lamenating.

Extremely slow to warm up. Used it only about once per month since purchasing it in August. Does not have automatic shutoff. Now, after only 4 months, rollers turn but do not heat up. Warranty is for one year, but they require mailed in copies of receipt and a letter describing the problem, after which they will decide whether it merits replacement or repair after two weeks or so. Cumbersome and not customer friendly.

This was perfect for what I needed. I am a home school teacher. I have been covering things with clear contact paper. It takes a long time and usually has wrinkles. This laminator works perfectly. It works smoothly and is great.

We were disappointed that with the first use, our identification cards got stuck. The only way we can get them out is by putting in a larger, heavier item and pushing it out! This happens more frequently than with our former laminator (which finally burned out). Also, the flap broke off while trying to retrieve a stuck card and is no longer in use. I would suggest trying a less expensive laminator to those who are tight financially.

This is my second laminator and I use it frequently. I am fairly famous for laminating things and for some reason I like laminated things more than the average human does. The product has a nice wide path for paper, it works well, takes no expertise at all to use and seems to be of fine quality. I bought another one as a gift and I just got a call from my sister where she let me know she was enjoying it and has been using it frequently. If you are thinking about laminating, good for you. I recommend this product as a good solution for frequent home use and hope that you find it as useful as I do.

Perfect find at a perfect price

Can't believe that i paid less for this plus the laminating pouches than it would have cost me to get the same stuff laminated at Staples. Quite a bit less actually. Plus I have a great laminating machine that can handle up to 12 x 18 sheets!

Works great! Used it without problems and did over 200 sheets in one day before it jammed. Fixed the jam and still working great over a year after I bought it.

This is a piece of Chinese junk. I bought it in November, but didn't get around to using it until May. When I tried to feed the sheet into the laminator, it wouldn't go in. I checked to see if I could return it, but I had passed the deadline. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I opened it up. I had heard something rattling around and when I got it open, a c clamp fell out. The c clamp was supposed to be on the end of one of the rollers, but I don't think it was ever put in place properly, and it popped off.This then allowed the guide plates to come together and prevent the slot from being wide enough to let the sheet pass through. I replaced it thinking this might fix the problem. I tried to put it back together, but the ends were so loose, the plates kept falling off, so I just threw it out. Junk, junk, junk. I doubt it was ever tested before it was packed. You get what you pay for, and I guess I didn't pay enough. Buy at your own risk.

Absolutely love it.... I purchased it for the office and we use it almost every day. We make a lot of signs for our warehouse. This is a much more cost efficient method than having it done by a professional.
