Love at first taste!
I discovered this restaurant in Australia on our honeymoon. We wanted more deliciousness so we ordered the book. We love the recipes and are still cooking together 13 years later❤️

Quantities are way off- review recipes carefully
I love the book and the photos- but when I prepared one of the dishes in the book I was frustrated by the quantities specified in the recipes. For example, the recipe that supposedly makes 4.5 cups of stock includes 178 oz (22.25 cups) of water! In a half hour's cooking time it would not reduce 5 fold, nor would I want to use a stock so concentrated (and really, 4 onions in 4.5 cups of stock?)! Similarly, the recipe for amai sauce is meant to make 1.25 cups of sauce but contains less than half a cup of liquid ingredients plus 3 tablespoons of sugar. It was thick and sticky like jam. I mention these two specifically because for the mushroom ramen recipe I prepared, both the veg stock and the amai sauce were major ingredients in the ramen, along with noodles and mushrooms. The ramen was not particularly good, but I was not at all surprised, since those components were probably not at all as intended. I am very disappointed- the photos are lovely and remind me of the many tasty meals I have eaten at Wagamama when in the UK. I was looking forward to recreating them at home, but may not be inclined to try that again. At the very least this book needs a good editing to catch the many errors.

Wanted the beef ramen and bogogie recipe, they weren't included... sad story..

Wir kennen Wagamama aus unseren vielen Besuchen in London. Jedes mal wenn wir dort sind ist ein Essen im Wagamama Pflicht. Die Gerichte sind ausgewogen und lecker machen lange satt und sind nicht allzu teuer. Als wir das Buch gesehen haben wurde es umgehend bestellt und bereits jetzt ist es fest in unserer Küche integriert. Leicht nachzukochen wenn man einen guten Asiashop in der Nähe hat. Sehr zu empfehlen

Great book
Have all of the Wagamama books and the recipes are great and taste great. One restaurant I miss from the UK, any chance you can come over here Wagamama? So happy the firecracker recipe is in this book.
