I ordered both sizes and they live up to their expectations. Food doesn't adhere to them and they're easy to clean. I use silicone cooking utensils so I don't scratch them. No problems with heat distribution.

I love these non-stick frying pans! They work perfectly with my new induction range and heat food evenly. Clean up is a breeze with the great non-stick surface and they are my go-to pans for eggs, gravy, heating left overs and much more. They're a great value for the money and perform better than the fry pans that came in my pricey stainless steel set, since they are not non-stick. Cuisinart has put out a quality product at a very affordable price and I will not part with them! Great product , fast shipping and I expect many years of using them successfully!

This is just a great pan set! It isn’t cheap, but you can throw away those old stuck pans and change them all for this non-stick set. Confortable and super easy to clean and made to last. Bought already three sets!

I love these pans. They work real well on my glass top stove. I use them maybe 2 times a week. I’ve had them now over a year. The pans are very well made and the nonstick is wonderful. Every time I take them out I am glad I bought these particular Cuisinart pans. I have always stood by the Revere Ware brand and loved them but had no luck in their nonstick product. I have always been reluctant to buy others because I am very picky with what I cook with. I can’t afford the pots and pans name brand people put out because they are either too expensive or too cheaply made. I am so very glad I bought these and hope that if osomething should happen to these that I can find them again. Oh yeah and the price is perfect for everyone. So Cuisinart if you are reading this, keep these in your popular stock area. Thanks.

Excellent nonstick and cleans easily. I've had these pans for less than two days and I am impressed. I have used both the 9" and 11" sizes. Fried an egg up in the small pan and cooked ground turkey in the large size and both only required a light wipe with a soapy sponge. There wasn't any stick to the pans. I cooked on an electric coil burner stove and the stainless steel bottoms made full contact with the burners. I don't see these getting warped like an Aluminum one I had. I'm only giving four stars as a heavier pan would feel better to handle over the stove, regardless the quality is still there.

I enjoyed using this pan for 10 years, then lost it while moving. I tried all kinds fancy high end products and none could make a simple omelette as well as this product, so I returned all the fancy stuff and bought this pan again. Couldn't be happier! Perfect cooking, easy cleaning.

I try to stay away from aluminum, so the stainless was a good option, I have only had these pans for about 3 weeks but they are perfect so far, clean up is excellent, I like to pan fry my steak, and that works well with this product.
