This stuff works wonders, effectly soothed me and at LEAST halfed the time it took for recovery. doesnt have ANY burn whatsoever and lasts all day whether your working or whatever. Easy to apply inside or out since it comes with a little doodad extender too. Definitely recommend

This is one of those products that does not need an elaborate review. During a painful flare-up, it provided fast, noticeable relief from the burning, irritation, and discomfort. The cream is easy to apply, and the aloe makes it feel soothing rather than harsh. A small amount goes a long way, and the larger 1.8-ounce tube is useful to keep on hand. It may not eliminate the underlying problem, but for temporary symptom relief, it has worked extremely well for me. A lifesaver product. Enough said.

This lotion solved my issues in about 1 week. Since it doesn’t contain an analgesic it’s considerably cheaper than other lotions, but it did provide relief. Highly recommended

Def helps resolve the unfortunate ISSUE that we my all experience at some point...especially those of us that give birth. Did provide pain and itch relief. There's not really scent which is great and provides moisturizing benefits. It lasts for a good amount of time if you're using the appropriate amount.... the ONLY issue is, is that I wish there were extra disposable nozzles rather than just one that you must clean and sanitize after each use. So keep that in mind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s Good for the Hole. 😂 What can I really say? It's Preparation H. Nobody is buying this because they're having a particularly wonderful day. 😂 But when you need it, you NEED it, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. The cream is easy to apply, soothing, and provides relief when things downstairs have decided to become... less than cooperative. In the immortal spirit of Dr. Evil: “It’s good for the hole.” 😂 Seriously though, it works well, the tube lasts a decent amount of time because you don't need a ton, and the aloe is a nice addition. It's definitely one of those products you hope you don't need very often but are VERY happy to have sitting in the bathroom when the occasion arises. Is this the most glamorous five-star review I've ever written? Absolutely not. Does my butt care? Also absolutely not.

Nobody wakes up thinking, “Today is the perfect day to buy hemorrhoid cream.” Yet here we are. When life decided to make sitting feel like an extreme sport, Preparation H showed up like a tiny tube of superhero cream. The relief came quickly, and before long I was back to sitting comfortably without negotiating with every chair I encountered. It’s one of those products you hope you never need, but when you do, you’re incredibly grateful it exists. Five stars from me… and my backside wholeheartedly agrees.

The application is painful as the tube is hard. It works after a few days but herrmoid comes back after a week.
