On my 20ft system that I ordered I received 2 driver bases and no end base. Would it be okay to use 2 of the driver bases but just install 1 motor?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. We will send you a new end base tomorrow. Can you send us a picture of the part you need for confirmation and provide us your mailing address via private message? Thanks.

Do you sell the motors separately? I want to get a spare in case one of my 4 curtain motors die.

Yes. Please contact us through Amazon private message, we will instruct you through the process. Thanks.
