The Herbal Papaya product came in quality packaging that keeps the tea bags fresh. Within the box, each teabag is individually sealed in an air and light resistant pack, so you can easily slip a couple in your bag for overnight trips. I drink a cup of this tea with a teaspoon of honey at night before I go to bed, and have found it helps me stay asleep until morning. I wake up in the middle of the night, which may be due to low blood sugar levels when your dinner is digested. I could not get back to sleep, and would be awake for a couple of hours. When I drink a cup of Herbal Papaya Guava Leaf Tea, I stay asleep until morning. I'm very pleased with this simple, natural solution and recommend trying it! This company has a high quality product, and I will be buying it again!

I was not expecting to enjoy this tea as much as I do. I only ordered it because I was advised that guava leaf helps control blood pressure. So often, things with a therapeutic effect also taste kinda nasty. I was surprised to find the flavor mild and slightly sweet. After about a week, my daily bp readings show diastolic/systolic results that vary from 5 to as much as 9 points lower than normal for me. Perhaps, after more time has passed, the results will be even more effective. Possibly not. But, the thing for me is this: Even if there was no effect, I just love the flavor of this tea. Even if you aren't looking for any specific health benefit and just want to try something different in a tea, and prefer something with a mild flavor with a subtle bit of natural sweetness, this is a terrific choice.

Such an unusual product. It's so hard to find guava products anymore. I remember when they used to be everywhere in Hawaii and the Hawaiians were so beautiful. This product is so good for you. It tastes great and makes me feel more relaxed. I think it has helped improve my eyesight! No fake. I can read my cell phone and small print better. I am almost 60 and I am not using my reading glasses. I have also been using the papaya extract and that product is very strong and a game-changer for me. Papaya extract is a miracle and this guava tea is more of an enhancer. Great company with amazing products.
