Have tried everything I could think of to get hard water stains off of my glass shower door. All required hard work and still didn't do the job. I have a waterproof shower scrubber. Put some of this on the scrub pad and went to work on the doors. I wish I had found this sooner. No harsh smell and truly got rid of the water stains. Alot of the product is not needed however I am getting a second bottle in case I can't find it online again. Seemed costly when I purchased it but worth every penny. I highly recommend this product.

This is the ONLY cleaner that got hard water spots off of my exterior windows! Before I got my front yard sprinklers adjusted, that irrigation water was spraying all over my front windows. Nothing else worked to clean off the hard water - vinegar, Mr. Clean sponges....then I found Diamond Magic online recommended by a professional window cleaner. Make sure you follow the instructions exactly. I found it was best to remove my window, lay it flat, use cleaner as instructed, wipe off the initial residue, then I carried the window to my bathtub and gave it a final rinse. Again, this is serious stuff, so make sure you follow the directions on use.

Had hard white marks on windows from irrigation system recycled water. This stuff made it pretty easy to get rid of the marks with very little elbow grease!

After testing this cleaner on hard water stains on glass shower doors and chrome faucets, I'm impressed. The micro-diamond formula effectively dissolved stubborn white spots that other cleaners left behind. A little gel goes a long way; the 20-oz bottle will last. It requires some rubbing and rinsing, as a slight hazy residue can appear if not wiped thoroughly. The professional-grade power is evident, but it's not a zero-effort product. For the price, it delivers genuine results, making it a worthwhile solution for tough bathroom and kitchen stains.

I have a shower door that probably has near 15 years of hard mineral water deposits on it. I have tried every cleaner and even steam. Just nothing. While I used just Diamond Magic, a rag, and elbow grease to get a small section off I ultimately used my Griot's Garage 6" Random Orbital to save some time. While it saved a ton of time and energy PLEASE TAKE precautions like hearing protection (normally you don't need to but shower walls are hard and reflect sound), eye protection in case some Magic Diamond flies off orbital into your eyes, and most importantly appropriate safety measures when using electrical devices near water. With the orbital it took me an hour but the glass looks brand new. See the photos of before and after in the same spot. Night and day difference. Could never have accomplished this before with other products. Removed all deposits albeit the edges of the glass by the frame are real tough to get clean. No scratches to the glass that I could see either. I will be using Diamond Magic from now on and referring strongly to friends.

I use this product with a three inch.Sponge orbital On a drill bit, along with a spray bottle full of water. It dries quickly. I did small area two by two.So what I did was wet it down a little bit with water, and then I use the drill with the sponge Pads, if you press too hard, it will scratch the glass My shower doors were trashed after a couple years of not using a treatment on them and hard water It took 2 passes about an hour total. The first pass was almost perfect.But you can see a slight minimal deposit The second pass. I went over lightly again with the drill. And water with this and it came out perfect Afterwards I used Enduro Sheild To protect the shower doors, they look brand new

I would give this 5 stars BUT the item arrived used. I didn’t use the product until 2 months after it arrived so I missed out on returning it. Anyway, the product itself is great and works wonder in hard water stains on stainless steel faucets. I’ve tried so many products but nothing has worked until now with Diamond Magic. I cannot wait to try it on glass and other areas. I highly recommend it. If you do purchase from Amazon, just make sure to check that it hasn’t already been used.

My bath tub gets a dirt spot just before the drain. I tried 4 other methods to remove ( 2 from YouTube and two that involved soaking overnight) and nothing removed the stubborn dirt. Diamond Magic removed it in a few minutes with a minimum of effort. This stuff is amazing. I live close to the beach so our chrome bath fixtures, vanity drawer pulls and chrome vanity light get pitted. Took a few drops of Diamond Magic and 30 seconds to get the towel hook back to new condition. Same for all the other towel and TP fixtures. I was all set to buy all new ones. We also have hard water and terrible calcium deposits on our sink fixtures and drain plug. Again, Diamond Magic, like magic, makes them like new in about a minute. Works just as easily removing water spots on glass. Love this stuff. Saves time and money!

Bought this to take of a couple of years of water staining on basement windows. I wish I had taken pictures, because the windows had a heavy calcium deposit that nothing else could get off. This stuff worked like magic!!! I am nervous with any product on windows, I'm always worried about scratching. This cleaner did wonders! Being very careful to follow the instructions, we carefully did a few applications and was able to get 99% of the buildup cleaned off! We may try again later this summer and see if we can get that to 100%, but we are so happy with how it worked. There was no scratches or marks on the glass, just clear and clean! This product is not cheap, but if you have a difficult buildup and worry about your glass, THIS WORKS! And we used very little of the bottle and still have much left over for other applications. Bottom line, if you are particular about your windows, this is the product you want.
