I am a size 9 and have very narrow feet. What size should I get?

I would get the medium. I’m a 6.5 and small fit fine with a little wiggle room but I’d think it would be too short for a 9 or even an 8. The top straps should keep them in place even if you have narrow feet.

What is the largest size they come in?

The largest size our Chloes come in is Large which will fit womens shoe size 11-13. Medium: womens shoe size 8.5-10 Small: womens shoe size 6-8 Xsmall: womens shoe size 3-5.5

S or M for women's size 8??

I suggest getting a small. I wear and 8.5 and small fits better. The M slid around on my feet.

Has anyone tried these on a walking treadmill? How'd it go?

Never tried it on a treadmill. But I have tried a couple other brands and these are my favorites. Especially the ones with straps across the top of my feet.
