Will this eraser work for colored pencils like Prismacolor?

Just an FYI - NO eraser completely erases Prismacolor pencils. I haven’t bought this particular eraser yet but I’ve used a battery operated eraser for years. It works better than a regular handheld eraser but nothing erases it completely. It should make the color light enough for you to then color over.

Does this eraser come with a warranty?

Good question. I'll have to answer maybe. The card that came with the eraser says "we will make a quick response to your questions. No matter you want to get a new product or a full refund, we will try our best to make you satisfied." Sorry the best I can answer. I will say I have used electric erasers for many years and I'm pleased with this one for my art work

It doesn't seem loud to me. It sounds like a buzz. Quieter than an electric shaver.
