how much would I give to a goat?

Ill pass on how we use this remedy. I give this to my goats (dogs and cats and eventually I'll use it on my horses) on a regular basis as a homeopathic parasite prevention program. We put it in their water once a day (I make sure it's a non metal water container) I use 2 pellets in over 5 gallons of water, 1 pellet for 5 gal or less. Each day I dump out the water and refill with fresh and put the pellets in for a cycle of 21 days. Check out Joette Calabresse. She has a lot of great info on her site.

Does this get rid of worms in humans?

It is supposed to, but in 5CH which is not sold here.

My son will not take these. Can I dissolve them in a small amount of water and still have desired effects?

Yes, please dissolve the recommended dosage in 1-2 oz of cold water. Your son may then sip that and it will work the same way.
