This product is great. Do be prepared to increase the ratio of this to sugar in recipes. But it has no fake sweetener flavor and no aspartame.

This is the best sweetener to use to make ice cream. No after taste and it tastes just like real sugar! Recommend this by far!

I do keto cooking, specifically alot of the egg loaf (Indigio Nilli's version mixed with Keto Upgrade made with yeast that you let rise. I go through alot of allulose for keto baked goods, and this is a heck of a deal compared to other ones. It works great and is way cheaper. Allulose isn't as sweet as other sweeteners, so keep that in mind. It's used in keto more for texture of items, if you want something sweeter, use some of this for the texture and some of another sweetener to add sweetness (If you don't want to go through your allulose too fast). If you don't mind using quite a bit of allulose for sweetness, it has no aftertaste like the other sweeteners and so has a much better flavor. Either way, it's a great deal. Because this is powdered, theres no grainy texture either (although I solve that issue with my other sweeteners by simply putting them in my coffee grinder and turning them into powder too).

I just love this product. I will say for some reason, this last package I received was a bit more like a powder rather than sugar granules. Just a curious observation. I will always use this replacement. It does have a very slight after taste, but for coffee and tea, I learned if I put a few granules of salt in, it kills that aftertaste. I use it to make margaritas also and i rim the glass with salt and you would never know there’s a sugar replacement in that drink. When I cook/bake with it I never notice the difference. It’s not as sweet as sugar so to me the 1-1 ration they say is off. But this really is the best so far. I don’t understand why it’s not easily available in stores? I would recommend anyone who’s trying to banish sugar from their lives, should try this product. Get a smaller bag and see. Life changing. Yep it’s that deep.

I really like using this allulose. It's very fine so it dissolves well . Large bag last a good while . Good price . I have bought it regularly for years.
